How Will I Receive My Photos and Videos?

Photos Via online Gallery in 3-4 weeks after the event

Video is 5-6 weeks after event hosted in our online gallery

Cancellations

Cancellations more than 7 Days out from the start of the competition are eligible for a full refund.

Because we block off time slots that prevent other athletes from booking us at that same time, cancellations with less than a weeks notice from the start of a competition are only eligible for a 50% refund.

Usage and ownership rights

**The photos obtained by the client through this package may not be used by the client or anybody else for commercial purpose unless the the media package clearly states you can do so. If the client has sponsors or corporate partners who may want to use these photos for commercial purposes, they may contact Stephen Quick Photography for licensing options.
